This contest is not sanctioned by the International Chili Society

Chili Chefs must sign up in advance. Name your Chili! There is no entry fee Contestants are encouraged to prepare at least 1 gallon of chili. Preferably two.

Please bring a crock-pot, ladle or serving utensil and an extension cord.
